OKAY!!!
Well to begin, to put it basically, NO you cannot hack your PSP go.
Alternatively you can load some homebrew games on it using the Homebrew Loader.
First May I ask what Firmware you have (You can find this out by returning to the menu (here after refered to as the XMB or Cross Media Bar) Navigating across to 'Settings', Scrolling down to System Settings, then selecting System Information.)
You will have 1 of the following firmwares
5.70
6.10
6.20
6.30
6.31
These are all the firmwares avaliable on the PSP go. Next you will need to tell me what region your console is set up for the Playstation Store/ network, simply when you registered for the Playstation Network, what country did you choose.
If you chose any European Country (Including Australia, New Zealand etc.) then the console will be set to PAL
If you chose any North American or Canadian Country then it will be NTSC-U/C.
If you registered for any Japanese country then the go will be set to NTSC-J.
If you are running firmware 6.20 or BELOW! then you may use the Patapon Exploit. Start by downloading a copy of the Patapon 2 DEMO that is avaliable from just about anywhere, also if you bought your PSP go from a NTSC-U/C country then it would have of been pre-installed on your system.
1) Delete all the savedata from Patapon 2 DEMO
2) Download the Patapon 2 exploit loader from Wololo's page (link)
3) Download the latest Homebrew Loader (Which is R101) (link)
4) Install by copying the Patapon 2 DEMO savedata to the System Storage or Memory Stick in the folder: PSP\SAVEDATA then put the folder UCUS98732_DATA02 in the SAVEDATA folder
5) Install HBL by putting h.bin on the top of the System Storage/Memory stick and put the folder hbl next to it.
6) Download homebrew games and apps and put in the PSP\GAME folder of your System sotrage or memory stick.
OR if you have a PSP running 6.30 or 6.31 then:
If your console is NTSC-J then
Purchase Minna no Golf Portable from the Playstation store then:
1) Delete all the savedata from Minna no Golf Portable
2) Download the Minna no Golf Portable exploit loader from Wololo's page (link)
3) Download the latest Homebrew Loader (Which is R101) (link)
4) Install by copying the Minna no Golf Portable savedata to the System Storage or Memory Stick in the folder: PSP\SAVEDATA then put the folder UCJS10001 in the SAVEDATA folder
5) Install HBL by putting h.bin on the top of the System Storage/Memory stick and put the folder hbl next to it.
6) Download homebrew games and apps and put in the PSP\GAME folder of your System
NOW! if the Console is PAL then:
Download Everybody's Golf from the Playstation Store then:
1) Delete all the savedata from Everybody's Golf
2) Download the Everybody's Golf exploit loader from Wololo's page (link)
3) Download the latest Homebrew Loader (Which is R101) (link)
4) Install by copying the Everybody's Golf savedata to the System Storage or Memory Stick in the folder: PSP\SAVEDATA then put the folder UCES00012 in the SAVEDATA folder
5) Install HBL by putting h.bin on the top of the System Storage/Memory stick and put the folder hbl next to it.
6) Download homebrew games and apps and put in the PSP\GAME folder of your System
FINALLY IF YOU HAVE AN NTSC-U/C console then:
Download Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee (Greatest Hits), and yes it HAS to be the Greatest hits version. then:
1) Delete all the savedata from Hot Shots Golf
2) Download the Hot Shots Golf exploit loader from Wololo's page (link)
3) Download the latest Homebrew Loader (Which is R101) (link)
4) Install by copying the Hot Shots Golf savedata to the System Storage or Memory Stick in the folder: PSP\SAVEDATA then put the folder UCUS98614 in the SAVEDATA folder
5) Install HBL by putting h.bin on the top of the System Storage/Memory stick and put the folder hbl next to it.
6) Download homebrew games and apps and put in the PSP\GAME folder of your System
Ok I think I'm done!

No. You can't play any backup games with the patapon exploit, all you can do is load *some* homebrew apps, including some homebrew games and some emulators (and before you ask, no, there is no working PS1 emulator).
Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

I already answered that: No, you can't. You can't play backed up PSP games (you downloaded from a torrent or anything like that) at all with your PSP go. That also means you can't play games from an external HDD.

With your base of knowledge (and your obvious lack of interest or ability to read, as this has been answered very often already): A Nintendo DS.
Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive

LOL thats funny Nintendo DS, ok not sure if you are aware of this or not but there is a Hen that is supposed to be released soon for 6.20 using the papaton exploit, i think its called 6.20TN, team Gen appears to be taking some of the credit i think the person that developed it is a member of the team or something. here is a link if you want to check it out. http://translate.google.com/translate?hl...off%26prmd%3Div

Also you are mixing two things up, I think. There already is a homebrew enabler for 6.20 using the Patapon Demo exploit, it's called Half Byte Loader, as stated in the very first answer by pspwxp. Total_Noob (the developer for this new one you refer to) also stated that he won't add an iso loader, so you still won't be able to play downloaded PSP games, but due to this being a Kernel exploit other than a simple exploit like the Patapon Demo one it might actually lead to custom firmware 6.20 and maybe downgrade possibilities without Pandora, so you might actually be able to go back to 5.03 and use ChickHEN (not sure if that firmware is already supported by PSPGo though).
