I am trying to setup a Dreambox500S and have got as far as getting the FTA chanels running. I am stuck trying to find the DCC file to use to edit CCcam file .I have looked at the file links in the help section but cannot figure out whcih file I need for editing. Thanks in advance..

use flashfxp. cccam.cfg is just a simple text file

How do I access or upload the cccam.cfg file from dreambox to PC.

as fintann said you can use flashfxp or as your thread title says dream control center to edit cccam.cfg ,click on link number 5 in my signature area and the tutorial explains how to edit cccam.cfg using dream control center . i see in your other thread your looking for a hd box ,what kind of budget do you have .

Thanks Piopat,
I have got my dreambox up and running very easily using your guide and also found the editor file.
For the HD box I would like to get one for less than 50 if possbile without a hard drive as I have no interest in recording. A I would not have much experience with these satellite boxes my preference would be for one that would be well supported with a step by step guide if it existes.

a budget of 50 euro or £50 is not enough my friend to get you a hd box with which i assume you want to card share with ,the cheapest hd box that allows you to use a c line for card sharing that im aware of is the skybox s9 hd (its nothing to do with sky )

they are charging about $120 which is about 88 euros or about £76 sterling ,thats about the lowest price you will get .you will have to factor in the post and packaging also .
