Flashing BenQ 360, Help!

Hey!

Im (hopefully) going to be flashing my 360 tonight and just needed a few things cleared up.

Ive got a BenQ drive (unflashed) and i want to flash it with the latest ixtreme which i believe is LT 1.2? Can i flash this straight onto the drive, or do i have to flash iXtreme 1.5/6 first then upgrade to LT 1.1/2?

Also, what method does everyone reccomend, ive been reading up about using "iPrep", or "JungleFlasher" but am unsure of which would be best.

I am going to flash with a standard Windows7 desktop pc.

use jungleflasher if you have 6421 chipset for the sata connection and load the 1.2LT into your firmware folder in jungleflasher and it will automatically load that firmware to flash. benq is really easy takes about 4 minutes.

Ahh, thanks pal!

Allthough i dont know what a 6421 chipset is, and how do i know if ive got it?

My plan was to just take off the PC case, and grab a SATA wire from inside and plug it into 360. Will that work?.
