Spotify chief executive Daniel Ek and Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer announced today that Spotify is now available for Windows phones 6.X. From what i can tell this is pretty much anothr microsoft spin on a non event, doesnt virtually every other phone platform already have access to spotify.

Way to spin a catchup.

Also there has been an unofficial spotify app since 2009 on windows mobile called myspot:

Although its since ended development, so the headline should read spotify take nearlly 3 years to write an offical app for the windows mobile playform.

Actually I wrote from Spotify release notes, not anything from Microsoft.
