Google has announced more partnerships today for its Google TV platform alongside a new website, http://google.com/tv. Logitech and Sony are releasing the first Google TV hardware products, a set-top box, an HDTV and a Blu-ray player, later this month. Google TV, Just another corner of the market for them. But who watches tv really apart from stupid people, that dust box the corner is not getting any cleaner and i mite hock a set top box up to my monitor for 1 show a week if that.

I wonder if the major networks (ABC, CBS, NBC) will boycott this? From what I read they seem not to be interested, and perhaps at their own peril. People are sick of cable, satellite providers jacking up their prices. If they sign on, I'll dump my satellite service, but will wait and see.
