Hey guys, sorry for the n00b questions...
I just got my Xbox elite Jtagged and I wanna know how can I run XBLA & games straight off the HDD.

Is there a tutorial or anything, I know it sux answering these questions again and again but I really tried
searching for answers but I couldn't find anything from A to Z.

Help would be greatly appreciated!
If some good soul :) could even spare 10 minutes in messenger I would highly appreciate it!!!

he posted it because it helps the OP do what he is trying to do, if there is a tut here on AD then the OP should search for it. Why don't you link to the same tut wabashman posted? I'm sure you've ripped it off by now.
