Xbox360 BenQ vad6038 flash problem!

Hi! First i must say that my english is very very bad but, i hope some one can help me!
okay, my problem is this:
I trying to flash my xbox 360 with BenQ vad6038 drive with Jungleflasher 1.62.
i have tried newest Jungle flasher too!
When i try to get vendor info out of the drive it just give error.. that it cant get vendor ID or something like that. i have flashed some other drivers before but they all was hitachi and newer used any "chip" or "connectivity kit" to flash them..
When i flashed Hitachi drives i just connected my Sata cable to xbox drive and left the power cable to xbox360 and started xbox360 then continued with Jungleflasher..
I have checked many many videos from youtube how to flash BenQ VAD6039 drive and all of people had the connectivity kit adapter.. or W/a what thas small "chip" they used it to power up the drive.
PLZZ! Help me with this problem! i have bought MANY MANY games and wasted much of money to them.. Some old games DVD is very poor now some times xbox can't read them of the poor quality. that is the reason why i want to do back-up's of them :) wanna play
oldskool game's.
E: i have tried "HALF OPEN" trick to my drive.. doesn't helped me out!

The connectivity kit isnt necessary when flashing a benq, and you can power it with the xbox 360 just like you're doing. It sounds like you're trying to use the Intro/Device ID button...try using the "BenQ unlock" button

Yeh, I use both.. "benq unlock" first then it says the error code.. (i dont remmeber the code) then i try intro/device ID button..
And it DOESN'T give the key out of the drive.. because of the error.
and i have installed xbox360 to my comp. i running with xp 32 bit home edition.
E: Okay, now i trying to flash it on my 2nd comp..

Which sata adapter are you using? If you're using a via 6421, have you disabled the viamraid.sys driver as per the jungleflasher tutorial? Do you see this message when you start JF:
portio32.sys Driver Installed

No. i use my motherboard sata conection.
where i can see those 2 lines actyaly?
whit this same comp i flashed my HITACHI 0059 drive yesterday.

it's down in the status window when you first start JF. Perhaps it's the stock driver interfering or it may just be a compatibility issue with your sata chipset (even though it works for your hitachi).
Try disabling the driver for your sata card in device manager because the portio is a separate driver that interfaces with the 360

Okay, now i got it working.. i mean jungleflasher.. it found the key..
i spoofed the key to ixtreme firmware. hitted "write" it make the job and said verification is OK!
(it started normaly after flash but 2nd time it doesn't)
now.. my xbox360 doesnt even work.. E73 error. what i can do now?
firmware that i downloaded via filezilla was from xbins.
version: 1.2
HMM.. what i can do nooow?
When i power up the console it just eject tray.. if i push tray in it eject tray..
it doest toke and keep it in.

E: e73 FIXED WITH TOWEL TRICK...
NOW PROBLEM IS:
i set cd in my drive.. xbox says: "opening" i hear that xbox360 trying to read the drive.. but doesn't work.. is that because of flashing?

okay... just can say R.I.P to my xbox360...
i think its totaly piece of shit..
When i start xbox it says "opening" after 1-3 sec's it says "closing".. does that some times and then just flashing green led midle of the leds..
some ideas?
i downloaded original f/W and flashed it but it dooesn't helped.
