1:if my game is wave 2 and older i don't need to patch him to ssv2?(for not get ban..)
2:if my game have angle 359 it will make me get ban?
3:if my game have angle 359 how can i fix it without ssv2 patching?

All games need patched with SSV2. You will get banned anyway most likely, there is still a risk. Make sure you're firmware is current
