Although the video has since been removed, a video on YouTube has confirmed that the streaming service Lovefilm is headed to PlayStation 3 consoles next month. So why would I use this over netflix? I don't use either I'm just curious.

Because Lovefilm is not available in the US and Netflix is not available in the UK.

the problem in the UK with streaming is most ISP caps now are between 10 & 40 gig. with unlimited, limited (100-300) bundle services being 25+ per month.
