Can anybody suggest a solution? I'm running WinXP, I have DVD X copy platinum (ver 3.2.1.0) loaded, I've downloaded and installed DVD43 and patin-coufin. I can burn DVD-R, however I can't burn DVD+R. My writer supports DVD+R and I can write data to them, but I can't burn a DVD to them. Whenever I try, I go from reading to writing for a few seconds and then right to finalizing before the data is burnt to the DVD.

try updating your aspi layer. Also you can get v4.0.3.8 which is the last ripper version. http://www.filesearching.com search dvdxcopy. Also ForceASPI is the easiest to install.
