I am doing a Xenon repair of error 0102. I got it running, but when I try to test it by playing a game, the game freezes(at the halo 3 logo for halo 3, at the main menu for guitar hero). When it had RROD, I tried opening the disk drive and it acted like it was jammed. The disc drive says toshiba samsung, which I guess means it is samsung(red and black wires). The RROD has not come back yet, so I don't know what is wrong. The drive is not flashed.

How did you repair it? Sounds to me like the solder is still broken and the RRoD will probably come back soon

I did a heat gun reflow(I've done lots of them). If I reflow it again, which area should I target(I'm not sure of the cause of the 0102 error).

Reflow doesn't work for forever... if you aimed your heat gun for anything else than the GPU for too long than maybe you cooked your RAM or Northbridge... aren't there any shops around you who can do a reballing?
