Moving Games Within Backup Managers

I started off using Backup Manager when I first jailbroke my ps3. Then I moved onto Open Manager which is where all but 1 off my games run from now.
I've just installed Gaia Manager V2 but none of the games on the hard drive are listed as they're not in the correct folder.
Is there a way of moving all the games I've loaded onto the hard drive from the folders that they are currently in under the other managers, to the new folder that the gaia manager wants them in or would it be a case of backing them all up again?
