Extracting ISO JTAG

When extracted all the ISO to the hard drive will it matter if the update folder gets deleted as i never tried to execute it, as i have seen .xex in it so i am assuming it will update your dashboard and mess up my jtag box.

delete it or rename it. i usually don't even extract that part. depending on your jtag setup the update could mess it up.
