Can anybody please give me link to update my box as I have lost ALL channels except 1234 &5

Try rebooting your box and router also check your providers website as well

Have you got the ICONNECT to go with your box, if not then there is no fix apart from getting the ICONNECT or an alternative.

No I don't think I have the I connect have had the box about 15 months how do I get it & what does it do?

You connect your box to router with i-connector, using LAN cable or wireless methods
home/plugs or open media wi-fi bridge.
This will open encrypted channels.
Have a look on Kryptvu i-connector facebook page, or google it

To be perfectly honest with you, it would be better for you to consider getting the Kryptview A780 (with built in LAN) around £150 that will do the job for you, the ICONNECT alone is around £110, so have a think about it.
