Ok, I have a fat ps3 which I installed a 750gb internal HDD. I bought the ps3break 1.1 dongle and have many problems
1. when I go to boot up, I turn the power off in the back, sometimes unplug it, put the dongle in, turn the power on, hit power then eject. problem is 9x's out of 10, the dongle doesn't start(turn green). Is this a usb port issue or a booting issue or am I doing something else wrong?

2. when I get it booted, the games aren't playing.

I use Gaia manager and FTP games using filezilla to the internal drive. Uncharted 2 worked, but then I ftp several more games and none of them work. when I select launch in gaia manager, it goes back to xmb.Now uncharted 2 won't even work. when I was FTP'ing I kept getting message "target file already exists" and I was selecting overwrite. Is this ok? do you have to have a blu ray disc in the drive for games to play.

Also I can't exit gaia manager by hitting the middle button on controller..its a logitech, do I need a dual shock with a real PS button?
