My ps3yes worked perfectly fine last nite. This morning when I turned my ps3 on it wouldn't turn on. When I plugged it into my computer the led's wouldnt turn on and my computer wouldn't recognize it. Has anyone else had this problem?

Nope, I've flashed mine a few times with newer hexes but not come across this problem.

Have you flashed it with a new hex? If so did you get it from the ps3yes website? Cos only theirs allows the auto upgrade to work properly. If you flashed with a different hex you'll have to hard upgrade it.

If not then it could be faulty ask for a replacement from the site you bought it from.

I figured it out. I opened it up an held the reset button while I plugged it into the computer. I guess it put the dongle in a dfu mode and the computer finally recognized it and I was able to reflashin the dongle . Thank you .

Hi, I've got the same problem. my hex file works on my console but no lights so i cant reflash. how long did u hold down the button iside for? and did u hold down the button BEFORE u put it into ur computer? or after?
