For the six fiscal months ended September 30th, 2010, Nintendo saw its first semi-annual loss in seven years, thanks mostly to a steep decline in DS handheld sales. poor Nintendo. maybe if everyone bought 2 or 3 extra DS's nintendo would be happy again.

Without a doubt. what I find amusing is this is just "profit" loss, not actual net loss. If Nintendo can't push out as much hardware/software, maybe they should focus on the next gen systems, and near perfect quality software that's actually well thought out and entertaining to play let alone pay for.

Actually, they need to focus on making a copy of the PS3, but with far worse controls. That is all the Wii is...a copy of the PS2 with far worse controls...and look how well they did with that!

Don't you mean it was a copy of the Game Cube with worse controls which was a copy of the PS2 with worse controls.

What they really need to do first is bring out a PS3 copy, release a couple of Mario and Zelda games (along with a couple hundred crappy bargain bucket games)and then wait for no-one to buy it.
