i have a hitachi flashed with the latest hardware, been playing backups for a couple months now, and have never been online yet. i was just wondering if i updated my xbox to play avi's off of a hard drive what my chances of getting banned are?

i have ran all my games through abgx and have had a few say stealth status uncertain so im not sure if all are stealthpatched but does this matter if im not even playing a game??

so i wont get banned instantly trying to update my xbox??

Im not going to be going online all the time,, im thinking that this is going to be a one time thing,, unless i decide to update fallout vegas when thay fix some of the bugs.

but "You will be banned....sometime, we all are" is not what i was looking for

from that sentence i get that i can update and wont be banned instantly unless my bad luck keeps up.. is that correct??

if people were being banned instantly from the update you would be reading about it already.
