Back up game will not play says "open tray"

Everytime I put a back up game in my system it says "open tray". Some of them work others dont. Yes My firmware is flashed. I was wondering why this is, I am using memorex dual layer disc.

I got that open tray problem, too. But then I researched, used this guys Tutorial, fixed it and now, I can play back-up games! Stealth patched, too. ( Previously, the game i burnt wasn't stealth patched but I didn't get banned by the mean time)

Nothing against you G12, but when you or any one finds a fix, you should post what you did or a link to what you did. I see it all the time people ask a question about "how do i fix xxxxx?" and there next post is " i fixed it and it works fine. thanks" i don't understand that, you ask for help then when you fix it you do not share your fix.
