Same old, same old. Take a game like Call of Duty, Halo, Madden, whatever. These are "great games", but their sequels are "tweaks" more than they are upgrades. When "your" fave game is tweaked, you accept it because that makes it "better" than the previous version (even if only a little). It's fans of the "other" game that down it, but when their fave gets it's tweak, they accept it as a good game , and the greatest thing since sliced bread.
Example: All sports games are tweaked from year to year, and the people who bought '06, spend their hard earned money on '07 '08 '09 & 10, when each year is only slightly better than the previous year, but the "Madden heads" will swear that each game is the greatest thing created since the vagina. Some say it's even better than that.
Maybe games don't get "serious" upgraded sequels because it's too difficult to come up with new concepts. Who knows? If a game at least adds to it's predecessor, I'm content. Just as long as it doesn't go backwards.
But I do realize that the "modder's" perspective and judgement is a little more critical, because we "evaluate" more titles than the person who shops for games at Walmart.

I actually thought it was a good game, sure I didn't pay much attention to the storyline lol but it was actually a lot of fun to me, I liked it a lil more the modern warfare 2.

I liked the campaign. I guess I'll give it more time. I would like to see something new other than the same old bs though.
