According to multiple sources, Yahoo has made it clear it is willing to purchase deal-of-the-day behemoth Groupon for up to $4 billion USD. Why does Yahoo! want to purchase Groupon?!? So they can destroy it? Kinda like what they did with Musicmatch: Take out your competitors. Corporate Greed IMHO. When will these companies ever learn?
