Microsoft has filed a lawsuit against Motorola today, accusing the mobile phone maker of charging "excessive royalties on network technology used in Microsoft's Xbox game system." Of all the silly lawsuits companies do to others I've seen on this site....but this is sooooooooooooooooooooo STUPID!, how can Microsoft be taken seriously after this?

lmao .. a fair few member comments at AD fall under the same catagory i.e the bit about being stupid & being taken seriously,that line is gonna come in real handy in the near future & you can feel free to sue me for copyright infringement & if you win i'll pay you 1 nz dollar a week which will amount to around 40c euro or 20p uk ..mwaaaaaaa
