toy story 3 problem to back up

Have a problem when I try to make a copy of Toy Stor3, I use any dvd,clone dvd and make a copy to a blank dvd, it was fine until 1hr after that I got mosaic screen til the end of the movie, the movie I rented has 3 languages that I want my daughter to speak as I do, I had no problem with the first 2 movies , I used 2 dvds 4gb then I changed and got 2 dl dvds thingink that maybe that what the problem, so with the 2 dl dvds get frozen in some place, not good, I used imgbrun to get an iso image of the dvd and then make a copy with an dl dvd same problem, freeze again, then I tied dvdfab 7 same problems, I have already rent the movie in 3 difts place and I got the same problems, what to do, all I want its 1 angle with 3 languages? excuse me for my englis but I am not an american native,thanks
