Can I manually download the Netflix app????

I just recently started looking into all the extra things I could do with my PS3. Installed Linux, got some emulators, etc. (since I still had an older version of the firmware and still had the OtherOS feature).

I have been using the Netflix watch instantly disk for about a year. For some reason now it doesn't seem to work with the disk in. I have to login my PSN account and go to "Whats New" and download the Netflix app. But it won't let me into the PSN if I don't do a software update.

Is there anyway around this? Can I just keep using the disk somehow or download the Netflix app somewhere through the browser???

You can manually download the app, but it does not yet work with firmware 3.41
