PS3 Key not being recognized by PC

Hey all, I have a PS3Key (Atmel-Based) which was working fine with v2.3 firmware. I went and got the latest version (v4) and wanted to update my key, so I went to put the key into update mode and all was well with the PS3KeyUpdater_1.1 software recognizing my key. So I went and selected the firmware and chose to update now, and a few seconds later the power went out. Now when I try to get the updater software to recognize my key, it doesn't. It looks like it's still going into update mode, because after the 3 insert-remove process, both lights do light up.

I know it's not the PC because I even tried updating it with a different computer and it's still not being recognized.

Any ideas how to get it working again?

Hey guys never mind... just saw that instead of the 3 insert-remove process now you have to do it 4 times and no "official" instructions say you should do it this way...
