hi, i have a jtagged 360 with xbr xenon wich wont recognize kinect, is there an update i can patch or new flash version so i can use kinect on my xbr'd console?

yes, you need the newest freeboot to get kinect working on your JTAG. also once you have gotten the new freeboot .04 running you need to get the official MS update to get Avatars and kinect support. HERE is a tut for you

hello, i don't have the CPU Key, i only have a nand dump i made with falsh360.xex.. is there a chance to get the key out of that dump?

to get your CPU key you need to boot into XeLL. power on your JTAG by pressing the eject button and you should boot into a blue screen. after the JTAG does a couple checks you will see you CPU and DVD Keys at the bottom of the screen.

anything else that wont include flashing? i guess i don't want to mess with the jtag interfase anymore..

if your want kinect on your JTAG you NEED to flash your nand to freeboot 0.04, there is NO WAY around that.

oh yes, of course, but the process can be done using Flash360.xex, as far as i can see the XELL must be flashed via Jtag.. it gives me the creeps everytime i do that..

yea you can flash with XeLLous or flash 360
