Any advice is welcome. Personally I dont think the kids want to play the old PS2 games on the new PS3 because all there mates think the PS2 is crap. Dont play the games myself but I like to watch my lads playing the war games. Can be quite funny.

Yes the PS3 has more processing power but you cannot tell the difference when side by side. I do find that the 360 is more user friendly and actually streams DiVx better than the PS3 but I use Tvesrity for both. One downfall on the PS3 is that if you want to run Netfix you have to load the Netflix disc each time. The 360 has it hard coded already in it. The only thing the 360 doesnt do is play Bluray.....Hope this helps.....Depends if you like Granny Smith apples or Macintosh apples... '-)
