i need help burning a game

hello i downloaded a game toy story 3...
it came as a rar file opened up in win rar... 2 files:
the iso
and: tst3.dvd
what do i do now ?
i have disks and a drive
...
i was going to use imgburn to burn the file to disk... but could someone tell me how to burn it properly as i have 2 files...

You have 2 files (which is good):
tst3.dvd
tst3.iso
Open the .dvd file with Notepad, Wordpad, Word, or any other text editor.
If correct, it should look exactly like this:
LayerBreak=1913760
tst3.iso
Example: NBA 2K11 would look like this:
LayerBreak=1913760
NBA 2K11.iso
The .iso & .dvd should have the same name, because they represent one another. The .dvd file is just a layerbreak info file to tell ImgBurn where to end the 1st layer and begin the 2nd layer on the ISO to be burned.
Now, with ImgBurn, just burn the .dvd file, at 4X and all should be good. (You can burn faster next time if all goes right).
Note: You can use any brand of DVD+R DL media but Verbatim is recommended for a reason.

Thank you for your help, but i have recently downloaded def jam rapstar and i have done what you said and it works it just wont install to my hard drive...'
i have burned 2 over games and they work fine...

Use Img burn, the DVD file contains the layerbreak information so burn the iso. Even if you do click the DVD file, Imgburn will realize that you want to burn the ISO

If he chooses the ISO, his game may not be correct because his ImgBurn settings may not be correct, which is why a noob to this is instructed to burn the DVD file, as it will force ImgBurn to burn the ISO using it's instructed layerbreak settings. So burn the DVD file, not the ISO file.

It does create a correct .dvd file. which is why I told him to burn that, as opposed to burning the actual ISO.

I was wondering as i have 2 consoles one is chipped and one isnt the one that isnt
has a 120gb hard drive and use my online gamertag on that one, and the chipped one has a 20gb hard drive with a different account, i heard you can patch the 120 gb hard drive or something so i could use it on the chipped xbox play games get the achievements and keep using the 120 gb on my non chipped hard drive ?

As long as your modded console isn't banned, you can use the HDD on both consoles with no problem. If it gets banned, you risk corruption of data on the HDD.
