delete update folder on need for speed

can somebody tell me how to delete the update file in my iso of the game.
i used wx360 to replace 2 files in my iso, it also says to delete the update file,
but you can't when your using wx360. is there another program to do this.

use THIS app it extracts the ISO and auto deletes the system update folder, it can FTP the extracted game to your JTAG too.
