My box is banned, so i dont care about online, will i have to do anything to AP2.5 games once LT+ comes out to play them, or can i just burn my back-ups and go?

yes all new games with AP2.5 will require LT+

You should update the post on that site, jpizzle. Team Executer now say that you have to to use the PPF patch first, then run the ISO through abgx360 on autofix level 3 with check/fix video padding unchecked. Originally they said that you had to use abgx360 first, then apply the PPF patch, which is what it still says in your post on that site.

ABGX will probably be updated soon to allow all this patching to be done much easier and less manually

detects games id and region and finds correct patch, shouldn't be too hard to implement
