I'm kind of confuse about the new LT+ fw. I got a banned LT liteon with 9199 dash(don't have kinect). My question is do I need just LT+ to play ap25 patched games? or do I need the kinect dash as well? if I need both do I flash LT+ or install kinect beta dash first?

Both. Flash then update dash.
