Will the LT+ patches work for homemade legit backups?

Are the steps just running the ISO through abgx first then running PPF-O-Matic and patching the ISO with the AP2.5 patches?

PPF-O-Matic is not needed. All games should be ran through the new abgx which does it all

It seems that those patches were made for the particular scene releases they're patching. There are people on Team Executer's site saying that games don't work when patched if the game isn't that particular scene release.

so has anyone tried using the LT+ AP2.5 patches ith a home made backup version of Fable III/AC:B or NFS:HP?
