Hey everyone, if this has been answered, I apologize, I searched and couldn't find anything on it. I found info on JTAG'ed consoles, but not regular ones.

I have a 360 with a Liteon that has the new LT+ firmware on it, with a Kinect dashboard.

Fable 3 no longer gives me the "disc unreadable" error when I put it in, but now it begins to boot, goes to a black screen... and that's it.

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

After the new flash, will the liteon play your older back ups? If so, I would say, a bad burn??

Lite-On 74850, Ben-Q 64930, Hitachi 47DJ, Samsung MS28.

Do you have any other AP25 titles that you could test? NFS:HP or AC:B?

Has your Fable 3 been patched with the anti-AP2.5 patches released a day or two ago? If not, that could be why.

definitely not. I'm sure there's threads that detail this, but the anti AP 2.5 patches you speak of... this is the first I've heard of them.. Can you point me in the right direction?

No, I have had the disc I tried for a while and all I did was use the 360 waves patcher on it to make it wave 3... Obviously I am missing steps, can someone point me the right way? I apologize for my ignorance.

Rip the disc to an ISO with ImgBurn in read mode. Run that ISO through abgx360 1.0.4 which will patch it and create a .DVD file ready to burn it, then burn it and you should be good to go. The only other games affected at the moment are AC: Brotherhood and NFS Hot Pursuit, but patches for those are available via abgx360 too.

These are the items I have checked: -

Options tab: -

Check/Create .dvd file
Check Stealth
Verify if Stealth passes
Use colors
Check for AnyDVD style game data corruption
Check for updates + Include the CSV
Check Game Partition CRC when needed

Autofix tab: -

Autofix Threshold - Set to level 3 (You don't necessarily want to use this setting if you're ripping your own games though)
All other boxes checked on that tab

Misc tab: -

Your console's region code (You don't need to set this, but you can if you like)
SplitVid - Add it if it doesn't exist or isn't valid

Once you've got the settings set up how you like, go to File - Save Settings... and hit OK, then it'll remember the settings in future.

With LT+ -- you just run though ABGX 104.

Now I've run into the same issue, using the ABGX settings that I did with the earlier version of ABGX, and then transfering the settings to my new 103 -- the AP25 titles play fine on my Hitachi 47 -- but my first flash with a BenQ to LT+ using the same disk that played in the Hitachi got a black screen (and locked the machine from everything -- had to power off). Saw the title in the dash -- which had been updated to Kinect... All other titles played. Sims 3 included. just not AC:B or NFS:HP. Need to go back and check my settings in ABGX now as well!! ;)

I set everyting in 104 to match the above, and reburned. The only difference was that I had to uncheck video padding in Options. Could that have caused it? I'll try the new burn on Monday on the Benq LT+ and let you know how it went.

Loading with 104 now, with padding unchecked, it does give me the error that the AP25 replay sector is blank, and downloads a repair. I think this is the file that it needs for the BenQ with LT+.

I had this same problem and ended up wasting 3 discs until finally finding the solution on my 4th disc

Basically it was because of the AP25 thing but I didn't have a clue what this meant or did. Although, I did notice you guys were using abgx version 104 when mine was only 102. So I updated to 105 and when I ran it on the iso it started doing AP25 checks (which it doesn't on 102, im not sure which version it comes in) and then when I burnt it everything worked perfectly.

Just update to the latest version if my problem sounds familiar, download from www.abgx360.net
