Hi about 2 years ago I has my xbox 360 modded by someone through craigslist and it has worked perfectly ever since. The thing is, the new waves are coming out (I burn my own games) and I would like to know how to update my mod. I believe I have a hardmod because i remember the guy using a soldering iron. I am using a benQ drive and currently load my modded games using a wave 4 boot disk. I'd like to know this that way I can hopefully in the future start up my own little business and start modding other peoples xbox's. I understand the difficulties but am quite confident i can get it done with just some help. Anyone know what i should do? Or got any links i can use to get the info i need? Thanks

Your drive is the easiest to do really, go on the jungleflasher website and find there tutorial, it will tell you everything you need, and if you don't know the website google it, the guide on there is invaluable it teaches you how to flash all the drives. Since you have a modchip installed it might have to be taken off or turned off, but I've never heard of a modchip for a xbox 360, so open your 360 up and check.

I am also going to attempt to finally mod the latest 360. I've been sucsessful in the past modding the original xbox.

From not knowing ANYTHING about 360 modding, I would first search youtube videos. Find the newest xbox 360 version and not a model that isn't avaliable in stores anymore. You want to be able to mod now for profit. It would help to use Firefox as your browser and Sothinks Video Downloader which is a Firefox plug-in.

Now come back to Afterdawn fourms to see if any of the articles are relevant to your task.

don't use youtube videos since they often have old, inaccurate and potentially unsafe for Live information. Use the jungleflasher tutorial like m4r0v3r suggested because it's always up to date
