i cant find my M HEX files

so i bought a ps3 break v1.1 from the market stuck it in my laptop, pressed the upgrade button n it asks to open M hex file whick i dont know what that is. could someone please point me in the right direction. sorry for being such noooob. thanks for any help clarexx

Whats gogsoftware? The official site as far as I know for the ps3 break dongles is http://www.ps3break.com/ so you should really be getting updated files from there, nowhere else.

They dont host files on PS3break.com you have to go to the site I provided as per there notes on PS3break.com

Or rather they have changed the site since the last time I visited it.
Previously they had the files listed in the download section and now it looks like they tell you to go to that site.

This just makes things look worse for ps3break. I dont like ps3break for they have 3 different dongles out and so would not recommend it to anyone. And why tell you to go to another site to get the files? Can they not afford the bandwidth to host the files themselves?

It's called marketing. How many products out there (iPhone for example) come out with different models? with any research you can find the best jailbreak that suits you. I have a PS3break 1.1 and I have never had an issue so i would recommend it to someone.

No I do not own a ps3break, but what real difference are there between the 3 ps3break dongles? There doesnt seem to be any really apart from the design between the 1.1 and 1.2.

We already know the long version of the 1.0 is not upgradable even though they claimed it to be.

And to say its marketing, I agree its to make those people think that the 1.2 is superior to the 1.1 when they do the exact same function. Sounds more like con-artists to me even though they so supply a product.
