Saw E3 jailbreak saying will downgrade 3.5, anyone tried it?

So I just came across a jailbreak on acekard.ca that is listing as letting you downgrade from 3.5.

Im new to the jailbreak thing, just recently learned of it. My system is 3.5 and all ones I saw needed 3.41.
So I saw this and it got my hopes up. ANyone know or heard if it will work?

Have not tried it, but there are some people over at PS3Hax that confirmed it working.

Yes the E3 card can downgrade the PS3 3.5 to 3.41

First you flash the downgrade, then you do the downgrade, then you flash the jailbreak. You can use the same device for both functions...just not at the same time.

Can you do it unlimited times? I mean if you downgrade, can you upgrade and downgrade later again? I am asking that because the method from psdowngrade.com says that you can downgrade only once.

Theoretically unlimited...but you might have to wipe the hard drive once in a while if you do it a lot.
