hi guys ,,

I have some questions for you about the downloadable content :-

First of all is there any website that I could use to download from it downloadable content for any game such as mafia II or red dead redemption etc .. ?

If there is a website to download from it can I use my flash stick to play the dlc ?

You should know that i own an Xbox 360 arcade the fat one not the new slim one

Unless you have a JTAG'd console you cannot play DLC downloaded from the internet, you must buy it from Xbox marketplace.

I actually don't know how does it play backups .. what is jtag .. ? and how could i know if it is jtag'd or not ?

If you don't know then it's not JTAGed and it can not play downloaded DLC.

i have read about Jtag and i'm gonna check if it is jtaged but for the time being lets asume it's jtaged would I be able to use my flash stick to play DLCs and if it is possible how ?

Trust me, if it was JTAG'd you would already know. So it's not.
