I found this doing a Google search, and I'm sure many of you may have seen this video as well. It is supposedly an Xbox 360 Slim that has been JTAGGED and Flashed. As in the comments it states that the power brick light is red when the console is off and when it's turned on it is off all together, however, if you keep an eye on it throughout the video you do see it yellow later on. I don't believe this 100% as there are a lot of things that could be done to make it appear as if it has been done.
The camera does not consistently show the controller. It also doesn't show him plug in the A/V cables. This means that he could have a second X360 off camera, swap controllers or link it to the other X360 and then just keep showing it as if he did it with the Slim with a little video editing. Video editing is my main reason for not believing this. If it's possible to JTAG a slim now, then I'm going to end my search for an Xbox 360 Arcade.

I didn't think so. I figured I'd just check. I know it's possible to flash a drive on the slims, but I don't know about the removal of ban flags and whatnot on it. I probably won't be playing online anytime soon, but I want a system that I can be better safe than sorry with. I had a limited ed x360 with a jasper, but it was stolen. Now I'm looking for something I can play with a bit. Any tips on how to learn how to solder good would be appreciated too. I mean would it be good to just get some sold, an adjustable iron, and some scrap PCB or mobos and go at it?
