Editing VOB Files for burning to dvd ?

Hi All,

I have a digital video recorder and was wondering if anyone knows how I might go about editing those movies (the VOB files) once they're on DVD-RW. It would be nice to be able to edit out commercials using my pc and then burn to a dvd-r.
