I was watching Inception and the disc started to stutter, I ejected the disc and cleaned and same thing. Then I got an error message. Invalid disc 80029906 error.
Now I cant play games/watch blu-ray discs.
Is my bluray lasers gone r need replacing. My player is over 2 years old.
Any ideas. Also I live in Cork.

I have the 40gb version and its 3 yrs old. DVDs play ok and games wont play now either, The blu-ray laser must be gone.
Is this cheap to repair in Ireland would it be better to buy a new one?
