Hey

I have a liteone 83580 V1 flashing via SATA jungleflasher, got to the erase state and now computer just freezes everytime the sata cable is connected to the xbox drive, the drive is now locked as it does not have any firmware on there.

I am aware i am meant to disable some sort of drive but I do not see a scsi/raid controler option in my devices page.

I am on windows 7/ nvidia 680i nforce mobo. currently on iextreme 1.6 would really apprechaite if someone could guide me though this tonight.

jungleflasher sees the drive just my comp now locks when ever connecting!

Thanks so much and happy xmas to you :)

Instead of using jungleflasher, use dosflash. Grab a usb drive and make it bootable. Put the dummy.bin that was created with jungleflasher on to the usb drive as well as dosflash. There are loads of tutorials on here that will guide you right through this process. Youtube is a good source as well. Make sure to find a newer (last 6 months) tutorial if going the youtube route.

I don't even use jungle flasher (except for spoofing). Dos is so much easier and hassle free.

Ok my computer does not want to recognise a hp formated usb dos pen. I tried doing it via CD the dos does not reccognise the cd. so I am lost now, I have dosflash 32 on my computer but it is pointless because as soon as i connect the sata from my mobo the xbox drive the computer just freezes. ARGHHH sorry if im coming across noobish i dont know what more I can do.

If your usb drive is bootable and you have all the correct files on it that are needed then before you power up your pc disconnect any hard drives so that the only bootable device is the usb drive. Make sure your settings are set to accept a usb bootable drive in your setup menu prior to doing this. Once you are done power down take out the usb reconnect hdd's and power back on.
