Quote: The victim was then (obviously) hit by a 2010 Lexus SUV, but remains in stable condition at a nearby hospital. The driver is not expected to be charged.
This guy should go to prison for attempted manslaughter...darting into traffic like that is almost guaranteed to cause an accident, even if you somehow manage to avoid being hit.
...and he can't blame video games either; not unless he hoped to climb across a series of floating logs moving in different directions.

Yeah, he's in stable condition. I think he can safely attempt this a few more times.

Except that he survived the incident. Remember, you don't get the full award until you are dead and leave evidence. He gets an honorable mention though. Hope this guy doesn't have kids though, feel sorry for them.

Dont think you can charge someone for being hit by a car.pretty sure the road rules state give way to pedestrians. At the most the driver could possibly sue the man for damages to his car.
kinda lucky he tryed playing frogger and not GTA otherwise it could of been a lot worse.
