Xbox not working !!!

I had my xbox pre mod with an old mod that had 21 wire I take it out and I try to install the executer 2.3 plus and I had the light of the fron going crazy it whent for green to red and turn on and off like three times and then keep on but no video and the I turn it off and I turn it on again and it give me the screen to flash the bios ???? and then I turn it off again and it when crazy again and i decide to take out the chip and now is not working at all and give me a strange sound form the power supply ??

What can I do to fix it ????

its not put in place right, check the pogo pins and the connection to the motherboard(solderless chips are can be inoying) also did you expose the copper on the do point? if not scrap of the rubbish around the do point.

I will try to do that but my problem now is tha is not working at all without the chip
