I recently bought new media and now when I burn DVDs, Nero says that at the end, coulnd't peform the end of Disc-At-Once. But I went and put my dvd at my dvd player and it played alright. My question is, what it is that for? What happens to the dvd if that happens?

You cant burn a copy of that copied disk and it wont play in some players

oh, ok thanks!

now, knowing that, is there a way to fix it? I've tried that Firmware thing but it didn't have any updates for my recorder. Is it because of the Media? This problem is only happening with a new media i've bought that is very very very cheap.

Thats your problem. You get what you pay for with media.

Oh yea and BTW, there are tools out there that will check the media id and the manufacturer.
I know that one is built in with Nero 6.3
Its in the Nero toolkit.
