What I want is an ISOloader backup program that once you select your ISO file of your backup game it will auto patch the EBOOT.BIN for your ISO, this could be achievable if there was a server with required files on database so once you select a game ISO from HDD/external HDD it would say "blahblah game needs EBOOT.BIN Patch to be playable, would you like to AUTO patch now?" then select yes or no.

Still the scene has only just warmed up there is still time yet!
