Fix bent/broken DVD drive SATA pins?

When removing the SATA cable from my Xbox 360 DVD drive I accidentally bent the SATA pins. The drive's SATA connector came off exposing the bare, bent pins. None are actually broken off. I was going to get the drives key so that I could replace the drive (it was not reading games) and now cannot connect it to my computer. Can I fix this? Is it possible to replace the SATA port/pins? Or, could I cut off one end of a SATA cable and wire directly to the drive?

Uh-oh, I just broke a pin on the drive. Now my only hope is to hard solder a SATA cable to the SATA port pin locations on the drive. Will this work?

Please help. The SATA cable has 3 uninsulated ground cables and 4 insulated white cables. In what order do I solder them from left to right with the board at the bottom-left? ex. White, ground, white, etc.
