Have a Pioneer 106D and want to backup/ghost my computer every week or so, b/c I do a lot of registry edits, OS tweaks, software installs.

Q1: What's good DVD-RW media for a Pioneer 106D? (Like the "Ritek G04 DVD-R's" of the DVD-RW world)

Q2: Is it more economical to just keep using and throwing out DVD-R's, or has the price of quality DVD-RW's come down enough to make the former wasteful?
