So I just purchased a jtag from a local guy and in the email he told me it had hdmi which is the reason I bought and turns out it doesn't. Anyways I know I should have checked before but I wasn't thinking.

So I start up the xbox and it boots into dashboard 12611. Inside the dvd drive is a disc that says freestyle dash and when it boots it just says game error. I put the disc in my computer and inside there's .xex file in it that says xkai or something like that.

Anyways I'm beggining to think I just got ripped off. Anyone got some tips to get this working or what?

in the games folder is there a game called xemenu?

Well I went to the game library tab on the dashboard and it says its empty.

Also I opened it up and took a look inside and can see some wires underneath the dvd drive. The dvd drive is a vad6038, benq I believe, and its manufactured February 2008.

Well after hours of searching and tinkering I finally got it. Thanks anyways.
