You can also turn your clothes inside out - that way you can wear them twice as long...............

That's why I have kids. Well that and washing dishes. Too bad they still make more work than they get done. Maybe I should have stopped before the fourth one.

Ah...your all a bunch of poofs. Just stick the laundry in the washing machine, get some washing powder and softener, stick it in too. When its done, tumble dry anything that can be tumble dried, else hang on a clothes horse. Only iron it when u are about to wear it...

Its piss easy.....oh...gotta shoot, gotta plane to catch ;-)

Easy - sure. But since the laundry at my house is for 6 people it still sucks. That's not even counting the clothes that my 4 and 5 year olds constantly get out and throw on the floor. Nothing better than having to wash clothes that may not even be dirty.

Oriphus you use softner, what are you a girl?
Do you also Iron your shirts man? I still have some sheets to wash, I can give to you to wash.

But all joking a side, laudry is easy. Took me 2hrs, (30min wash, 36min dry, rest to fold and put away). I use a laudry mat so also takes about 6min to walk there. I am glad I got it done before the thunder storm.

My washer/dryer is having intermittant problems as follows: drum initialisation error...........

I have searched, but yet to find a solution........

Do you think a firmware flash and upgrading to Ritek Power tablets would cure it...........

I think it might be an ASPI (Advanced Softener Pouring Interface) problem ... might wanna check that out and with the driers, if you encounter "Could Not Perform Endtask" it might be time to replace the thing because you'll never be able to eject your clothes again :P

And certain types of clothes require 2-sheep washers to clean otherwise you'll get an ever constant msg "Please insert Shirt #1" ...

I live in Arizona where it doesn't rain for months while the 100F temps cause copious sweating! I'll FedEx you some really ripe undies if you don't believe me. You'll have to cover the HazMat charge though :)

LMFAO

Nice one guys, that brought a good chuckle to the UK......

BTW, the ASPI suggestion has done the trick - changed to spring fresh 4.8 and got rid of that error.....

However more issues I'm afraid....

The water is lagging the clothes, therefore the dam things aren't gettin wet......
Have used Washer Craft Resoaker to bring everything in synch, but slight delay of 10 drips per millilitre.

And the other one is the compression rate is too high - causing the clothes to crease, I have lightened the load but still having to use the iron....:-(

Any suggestions would make me happy, or it is going to be a trip to the laundrette (and that means I shall have to listen to a 85 year old banging on about how mavis cheated her at bridge and that she has the same curtains as her)......

Regarding the lagging water, make sure you properly forward all the water ports otherwise the washer will be in a state of lowid and not be able to connect to any of the clothes. Specifically you should make sure that both the t-shirt cleaning port 4662 (and underwear de-pooper port 12292. A lot of people forget or improperly foward their TCP and UDP ports and end up with either clothes that don't get cleaned or they have a problem of incomplete clothes coming out of the wash.

Regarding the desynchronization of your clothes and the resulting solution that introduces a 10 drip leak, you might have some better luck dealing with the two components separately because sometimes the two of them, togther, after processing can become desynched. What works for a lot of people is to wash the clothes in one batch and then wash the detergent in the next and perform a simple merge at the end (make sure you enable direct stream cleaning or it will take forever)

As for the compression factor, not much you can really do about it now even with the fancy new dual-layer washers ... you're gonna have to wait for the industry to get it's arse off the ground and develop dual-layer clothing and detergent. For the time being, if you don't want to have to lose any amount of quality in your clothing, might I suggest you rip them as images for burning later? I hear Canon has some nice imaging equipment ... not so sure about the burning part tho :P

Make sure you've checked you're washer and dryer for driver compatibility issues. That's why you should make sure to upgrade every 2-3 years and always buy the same brand for both appliances. If you can't afford the cost of upgrading you may be able to find a hacked firmware that will solve these issues, but be aware it will void the manufacturer's warranty and may damage the appliance.

Oh, and make sure whenever dealing with electric appliances, be careful not to let the magic smoke out. Once released it's impossible to get it back in. 8D

Thongs man, just wear thongs. Less to get skids on and less to get the skids off of. Just be sure to shave your arse before wearing them. I got a terrific knot of thong-string and arse-hair when I first wore them.
