Step 1- Turn on PS3, TV, and AVR (as applicable)
Step 2- Go to PS Store (assumes you're automatically signed into your PSN account)
Step 3- Add selected game to cart
Step 4- Pay for selected game
Step 5- Download selected game
Step 6- Install selected game
Step 7- Navigate to game on XMB and play it

Start to finish, there's a simple guide on how to download, install, and play a game.
